1. Where are you based?

Ondopev!bes is proudly based in the UK, with all orders shipped from our UK fulfilment centre.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location — you'll see exact rates at checkout.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

     
  • UK Orders: 2–4 business days
    •  
  • International Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

5. What sizes do you offer?

Most of our products are available in sizes S to XL. You can find detailed sizing information on each product page under the Size Guide tab.

6. What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. See our full Return Policy here.

7. Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. You’ll need to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.

8. I received the wrong or faulty item — what should I do?

We’re really sorry! Email us at ondopevibes@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

     
  • Your order number
    •  
  • A description of the issue
    •  
  • Photos if possible

We’ll get it sorted ASAP.

9. How should I wash my clothes?

To keep your fits looking fresh:

     
  • Wash inside out
    •  
  • Cold wash (30°C max)
    •  
  • No tumble drying
    •  
  • Iron on reverse if needed

10. Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes! Follow us on Instagram @ondopevibes and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we restock or drop new heat.
